We are currently hiring for:
TECHNICIANLake Effect is seeking a highly motivated technician to join our Service Department. Located in Sister Lakes, we're the premier dealer for MasterCraft boats and Harris and Crest Pontoons, serving all of Southwest, Michigan.

Key Tasks:
- Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Perform engine diagnostics and repair of Inboard, Outboard & I/O engines
- Repair and install parts and accessories in boats such as but not limited to props, starters, alternators, bilge pumps, steering cables, electric anchors, depth gauges, etc.
- Rig new engines on pontoon boats
- Prep new boats for delivery
- Change oil
- Winterize/Summarize engines and ballast systems
- Perform other tasks as required
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Mechanical experience
- Full time
- Able to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Overtime available during peak seasons

Lake Effect is seeking highly individuals to join our Delivery Department. Located in Sister Lakes, we're the premier dealer for MasterCraft boats and Harris and Crest Pontoons, serving all of Southwest, Michigan.

Key Tasks
- Drive boats to and from customers houses
- Transport boats
- Some powerwashing/cleaning
- Deliver/Pick-up rental boats
- Lake test boats for the Service Department
- Assist the Sales Department with new boat deliveries
- Perform other tasks as required
- Must posses a valid Drivers License
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Experience backing up trailers and driving boats is preferred but not required
- Full time
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Key Tasks
- Clean/Detail the interior and exterior of boats including buffing
- Clean/Detail company trucks
- Wipe down boats in the showroom
- Wipe down new boats before delivery
- Perform other tasks as required
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Full and part time positions are available
- Be able to work some weekends and holidays
